I need help finding resources in PA before my family tries to put me into a rigid 12 step rehab. Any suggestions, directions?

Please help. Your work is the most sane addiction work I have ever read. My ex of 20 years just died last Nov. of severe alcohol and narcotic saturation. My daughter doesn't want this for me.
