I suffer in the same way and have shared some of the same feelings you have expressed such as shame and guilt. At this point I just want to stop it already. I have to say that at one point it was life consuming. I would binge and purge multiple times a day and seeing a therapist helped me reduce it to binging and purging to a couple times a week. I'm proud that at most i have episodes once a day and have even gone days without episodes. I highly recommend talk therapy and long walks when feeling like all you want to do is binge and purge. I hope this helps and if there is anything you can share with me that helps reduce the urge to purge ( a little bulimic humor) Id welcome and appreciate it.
