Latin and Family Mottos

English to Latin translation

I put on a race where we encourage runners of all ages by awarding age group medals. I am looking for a Latin motto that says "If you can't outrun them, outlive them" or " if you can't run faster, live longer", you get the idea. Thanks a bunch.
