Latin and Family Mottos

Meaning of Latin phrase

I have a old safe that was designed for protecting documents from fir.

On the door is a logo, with a picture of a safe on a bed of flames and a phoenix rising from the flames.

I understand that part, but I'm trying to learn the meaning of the Latin slogan or motto encircling the image:

"IN HOC SIGNO VINCIMUS"
