That ring you found with O or D and P on it with a red tree and the motto "nos metiamur" could actually be an old highschool ring. OP is the short term for Orchard Park SS a highschool in Stoney Creek Ontario Canada. I believe that "nos metiamur" means we measure up. The red tree is on the schools shield. You have found an old alumni ring.
