Mr. Lia:
Actually, it is you, sir, who is not "to bright". The correct use of "to" should have been "too".
Any young man who can make the decision, after spending 4 years in NJROTC, with the last year as the CO of his unit with 120 cadets to lead, who also interviewed a recruiter from each of the 5 branches of our service, who is now serving as a Fire Team Leader in the USMC, is bright enough to make his own decision as to whether or not he wants a tattoo to begin with, as well as what that tattoo should be.
And think about: He wants to live life to the fullest, not be part of the sheep herd like so many in this country are.
I'll thank my son for his efforts in ensuring that you still have the right to your personal opinions and comments, as do I.
Have a good day,
Dawn
Proud Mom of a U.S. MarineWhat Is A Veteran?
A "Veteran" -- whether active duty, discharged, retired, or reserve -- is someone who, at one point in his life, wrote a blank check made payable to "The United States of America," for an amount of "up to, and including his life."
That is honor, and there are way too many people in this country today, who no longer understand that fact.
