Latin and Family Mottos

hi all,
can anyone help me? as a family motto we have found that this is the motto of the name Budge:

stricta parata neci

does anyone know what it means? DOES it mean anything?I have tried to find it and googled it, results show me a Virgil latin text but no translation.
please help us as we have to know for a wedding saturday, where we will display the family crest?
