Silly little rhyme

Hi all - hope you can help. There is a silly little two-line rhyme that my wife has said for years and I would love to see it in Latin, so we can create something very formal-looking to hang on the wall.

The rhyme goes:

"When in danger or in doubt,
Run in circles, scream and shout."
