I think that what you're looking for is something along the lines of:

Deus solus me iudicabit
(lit. "God alone will judge me"), or
Deus solus potest me iudicare
(lit. "God alone can judge me").

You might naturally reverse the order of "deus" and "solus", which would in no way affect the meaning of the sentence.
Of course, it's up to you to figure out which version looks best, engraved on your body.
