"Death, or life with honour" would translate as, respectably, "Mors, aut vita cum honore" or "Mors, aut vita honorabilis". The thing is, however, that the comma is absolutely necessary to separate 'mors' and 'vita' and ensure that the adjective 'honorabilis' or the phrase 'cum honore' is not attached to 'mors' as well as 'vita'. The duplicity can be avoided by rearranging the sentence to comply with usual Latin word order:
"Vita honorabilis, aut mors"
