Latin and Family Mottos

Aloha from Hawaii. Translation Needed.

I took Latin when I was in college years ago and have since forgotten most of what I learned. Can anyone help translate the phrase "THAT WHICH DOES NOT KILL US MAKES US STRONGER". ALSO, "NO PAIN, NO GAIN." I have seen a few versions of this phrase. How about "BLOOD, SWEAT, AND TEARS." I would really appreciate any help.
