Latin and Family Mottos

Pallodia Fama

My family of Inchbold have a Motto,
and I am not sure what it means:-

"Pallodia Fama".

Literally all I have found our is
pallodia means paleness, fading or pallor and fama = tradition or report..
Can anyone help with what else this may mean?
