I'm a licensed Marriage and Family therapist in the San Francisco Bay Area. I use warmth and humor to treat the emotional injuries that cause anxiety, addictions & compulsions, and relationship problems.
I also teach workshops and facilitate support groups for people who use food and/or diets to displace feelings.
