i read your responces and I'm in the same boat.. I'm seeing mental health and trying to get help! the therpist has taken me off all meds and thinks he can do this with therpy alone... what do u think! I still have a hard time going anywhere and even going to stores. please add me to your yahoo messenger and we can talk.
