I do. i know how you feel. i have scabs all over my scalp and i have a big scab on my arm that i've picked open so many times. it started as a pimple, and now it's a big rounc cut. my mther says if it doesn't heal, i will have to see a doctor becuase it's so big and it's bad.
I never knew that this was something that was linked with my OCD, but it makes sense now. What i don't understand is that my medicine doesn't help me stop obsessively picking.
