Kym, there's really not much I can say except I'm sorry. I know, that doesn't mean much. Life isn't fair. You have been through so much, but there must be a reason you are still alive. Your son did his best and fought hard to help you and keep you alive. Do you really want to give up after all that? Do you really want your son to see you wasting away like that? I do truly believe there is an afterlife. But we can only get there when it's time. People do care about you. You said your mother and brother think you're fine because you hide the truth from them. So they do care. You need to be honest with them and let them know what you are going through. Please get treatment for your cancer. Even if it doesn't help at least you're fighting. Your son's help wouldn't have been in vain. Nobody deserves to suffer like you are and you deserve to be helped and at least get a fighting chance. I know some part of you wants to go on. Listen to that part. Listen to your son's memory.
