I posted earlier in this thread about me having these symptoms a year ago and they are back again. It started on wednesday and I am feeling the same symptoms as last year but not as severe.
It is definately 100% caused by alcohol in my case as I had been drinking the night before it started and was drinking heavily at each weekend for a couple of weeks. I have no choice but to toally quit alcohol.I am trying to speed up the recovery process so Im taking kalms tablets, vitamin B tablets, drinking green tea, eating lots of fruit and avoiding cofee etc.
I know the symptoms will go away, its just I wish it would be sonner rather than later as im tired all the time and my memory span seems all messed up, I feel out of touch with reality again. Its just the fact that I know Ive had it before and felt these feelings that Im calmer and more reassured that everything is ok really.
