I think that you're looking for something like:

Familia magna et laeta.

As long as one has a grasp of the correct word endings, Latin really isn't that complex.

But - the abovementioned sentence generally means something like "A big and happy family" ("A family, big and happy"). If you want the "One" element to return more prominently, you might want a translation along the lines of:

"Una familia, magna et laeta" or
"Una familia, magna laetaque" or
"Familia una, magna et laeta" (which literally means: "A family, one, big, and happy")
