Anxiety Support in Ontario

I am in my early twenties and I would like to start an anxiety support group for people in ontario. I would like to hear from other people in Ontario who have anxiety and are in the recovering stages. I would like to share experiences and ideas with those who are fed up and want to make a change in their lives. Thanks!!!
