well OCD is something that will never go away it's just a matter of how often it appears. I was almost put onto paxil but they decided i was to young but paxil can work. Both my parents are on it for an anxiouty disorder which can be part of OCD,probably not everyone but for me anyways,but they don't have OCD they just have the anxiouty disorder so idk but i'm pretty sure Paxil can help it. If no Zoloft really works. That's what i use and i know you may think it's used for depression but that's not the only thing. I'm on 150mg and it has helped me sooo much!!! it's amazing how it works. so yeah i hope i was of help
