hello
sorry to hear about your story. but just to make you feel better there are other people out there with the same disorder as you. you may feel that you are the only one with it but there are others. you said that you already have gotten some type of help but it has not yet helped or worked, well maybe you need a new doctor. I have never taken medicines for ocd so i dont know if they really work or not but i would choose not to. only because i feel you dont need medicine for help you need to help yourself. i know someone very well who also has ocd and they do have it really bad. they also have to do these things over and over agian knowing that it makes no sense and that it will do nothing but they just cant stop. they have told there friends about it but they have no reply. th ey have not gotten professisl help because they are to afraid to what might happen. so they just keep on telling themselves it will go away sometime and that they will just help themselves but it just gets harder and they cant stop or grt help. so at least you have already gotten past the first step. good luck but you are not alone.
