My feelings for meds was the same as yours. My mom didn't like the idea too but we tried it i'm soo glad we did because my life would be even more hell then it already is!! Trust me when i say USE MEDS THEY WORK you just have to be paciente with them. But as far as cutting yourself,don't do it! You'll have OCD no matter what you do it's just a matter of doing something about it i only did not even a year or therapy and i'm on meds and it has done wonders. Just give it a try i bet you would feel much better. You can e-mail me if you wanna talk somemore
