i know EXACTLY how you feel. im 16, and i've had ocd my whole life. yeah, if i do something with one hand, i have to do it with the other. i also count syllables, spell words backwards, etc. and i worry all the time. and cry and think about suicide. or at least, i DID. a few months ago i went to a psychiatrist, and she put me on prozac.WOW, did that ever make a difference. i don't worry so much anymore, i'm outgoing, and i'm never depressed. i still count syllables sometimes, but not nearly as much. everybody has noticed an improvement in me. i quit school a few months ago, but i went back now. and now i don't have to see millions of counsellors and doctors. prozac has literally turned my life upside down, so i recommend going to a psychiatrist and asking about it.
