I am currently experiencing similar symptoms - but it has lasted for a month. In every other apsect of my life - I think clearly, but am hearing things that seems amazingly real.

I am trying to give it reason and logic, and it is not helping me.

Has anyone experienced this at such length?

I cannot focus on my life.
